We take hygiene seriously at The Refill Barn. All of our food products are stored in clean, cool, and dry conditions, and our space is carefully maintained throughout the day.

We're proud to hold a Level 5 Food Hygiene Rating – the highest rating possible, awarded by our local authority. It reflects the way we store, prepare, and manage food with care and attention.

We do sell loose foods, including seeds, nuts, and other allergens, and while we do everything we can to avoid cross-contamination, unpackaged goods may carry a risk of airborne allergens.
